Document Delivery

Document Delivery Timeframe:

The law firm commits to delivering legal documents, advice, or work products within a timeframe of one week (7 calendar days) from the date of the client’s request, subject to the following conditions:

Client’s Cooperation: The document delivery timeframe is contingent upon the client’s prompt provision of all necessary information, documents, and cooperation required for the provision of legal consultancy services.

Complexity and Scope: The document delivery timeframe may be adjusted for services of significant complexity, scope, or when dealing with unforeseen legal issues. In such cases, the law firm will inform the client of any potential delays.

Force Majeure: The law firm shall not be held responsible for delays in document delivery caused by events beyond its control, such as acts of nature, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the law firm will make reasonable efforts to mitigate delays.

Client’s Request Confirmation: The document delivery timeframe begins upon the client’s explicit request for specific legal documents or work products. The request confirmation may be in writing or any mutually agreed-upon communication method.

Communication of Delays: If the law firm anticipates any delays in meeting the one-week document delivery timeframe, it will promptly inform the client and provide an updated delivery schedule.

Expedited Services: In situations where the client requires expedited document delivery, the law firm may offer expedited services at an additional cost. The client will be informed of the cost and timeframe for expedited services separately.
